Warranty, Refunds, Handling and Shipping

Warranty

Client Satisfaction is our priority!

The White Feather warranty is an Artisan Warranty. If your piece breaks with ordinary use, you can contact me, I will ask for a 360 video to see the damage.

I will then offer:

-To fix the piece; return shipping will be free.

-If I deem the piece unfixable; I will reimburse you only after I have received the broken pieces. I can melt the silver and reuse the stone.

-If I deem the breakage is too important to be from ordinary use, reimbursement will not be considered. If any of the piece can be used, I might consider a 20% reimbursement once I receive the broken jewelry.

FRAGILE JEWELRY

When a piece of jewelry is noted as being FRAGILE, it cannot be reimbursed if broken, but might be repaired only by White Feather, if at all possible.

White Feather will never pay for a third party repair.

Handling & Shipping

White Feather can charge a small handling fee if the jewelry requires extra handling (Fragile).

Shipping cost will be the Canada Post prices.
